Package Size and Shipping Cost Calculation Guide
1. Shipping Cost Calculation for EMS, OCS, and Other Methods (Excludes Additional Fees)
1-1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the higher value between volumetric weight and actual weight.
1-2 The weight unit is kilograms (kg), where 1 pound ≈ 2.205 kg.
1-3 Volumetric weight (kg) is calculated using the formula below (units: cm):
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 6,000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)
2. EMS and OCS Size & Weight Limits (Excluding Other Shipping Methods)
2-1 Minimum weight for international express shipping: 0.055 kg. (Shipments below this weight will be repacked before shipping.)
2-2 Minimum package size (L × W × H): 29.5 cm × 22 cm × 1 cm. (Packages smaller than this will be repacked before shipping.)
2-3 Maximum weight (actual or volumetric) per shipment by country:

*Undersized packages will be repacked to meet the minimum size requirement before shipping.
*Packages exceeding size or weight limits require additional coordination. We will contact you to arrange shipment and discuss potential additional fees.
3. M&W Airsoft Shipping Fee Policy
3-1 Prepaid Shipping Fees: To estimate your shipping fee, you may prepay 10-20% more than your estimated total product weight (weight estimation is generally more accurate than volumetric weight for multiple items). If the prepaid amount covers the actual cost, shipping will proceed without delay, and any overpayment will be refunded.
3-2 Currency & Exchange Rate: All charges are in USD, with an exchange rate of 1 USD = 30 NTD. The final amount is rounded to the nearest whole number.
3-3 Weight Calculation: Shipping fees start at 1 kg and are charged in 1 kg increments.
4. Shipping Restriction:
4-1 For safety reasons, we do not ship any pressurized gases, including gas canisters and CO2 cartridges. All airsoft guns submitted for shipping must be completely discharged of high-pressure gas.
4-2 It is the policy of M&W Airsoft Shipping to refuse any air guns with rifled barrels, both for acceptance and shipping.
4-3 Emergency Surcharge: In the event of export disruptions (e.g., pandemics causing sudden freight cost increases), an emergency surcharge may apply in addition to listed rates. This surcharge is based on actual EMS charges and rounded to the nearest whole number.
4-4 Force Majeure & Service Availability: The availability of shipping services to certain destinations may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Actual serviceability will be determined at the time of shipping

If a package exceeds the stated size or weight limitations, additional arrangements may be required, which could result in extra fees.
3. Additional Fees
This guide does not include all potential additional fees, such as customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, fuel surcharges, remote area surcharges, etc.
Any additional fees incurred will be the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with the relevant authorities or contact our customer service for details.

We are not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.
We are not liable for any shipping issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect addresses or inaccurate product descriptions.

We do not accept shipments containing high-pressure gases, such as gas or CO2 canisters.
All airsoft guns shipped through us must be completely emptied of any high-pressure gas before submission.
M&W Airsoft Shipping does not accept or ship air guns with rifled barrels.
The transportation of airsoft guns must comply with the laws of the respective countries. Buyers are responsible for ensuring legal compliance before shipping.
