M&W Airsoft Shipping Offers Five Types of Consolidation Services
1. Basic Service Plan:
Best for: Customers who are experienced and can handle documentation
1-1 We provide a receiving address in Taiwan (or Hong Kong), allowing buyers to collect items from different sellers before shipping them out together.
1-2 If documents (such as product catalogs, FPS test reports, etc.) are required for shipping, buyers must handle them independently.
2. Standard Service Plan:
Best for: Customers who need M&W to assist with documentation.
2-1 We provide a receiving address in Taiwan (or Hong Kong), allowing buyers to collect items from different sellers before shipping them out together.
2-2 If required documents (such as product catalogs, FPS test reports, etc.) need to be created, we will handle them. (However, for FPS testing, please choose the Elite Plan.)
2-3 If freight shipping is used, we will act as the shipping agent and coordinate with the carrier.
3. Elite Service Plan:
Best for: Customers who want items inspected before shipping to avoid potential issues.
3-1 Includes all Standard Service Plan features.
3-2 This service includes arrival inspection, where each item will be visually checked upon arrival. If opening the package would leave visible marks, we will consult with you beforehand.
3-3 If you need to test whether the magazine leaks gas or check the firing condition, we will perform the tests with your consent. (Testing may leave operational marks; we will be as careful as possible, but we cannot guarantee the product remains completely unmarked.)
3-4 Inspection and testing results will be documented via photos or videos and sent to you. We are not responsible for communicating with sellers, but if a return or exchange is necessary, we can assist in handling the process once an agreement is reached between both parties.
4. Extra Services (Red Tips & Split Shipping) Plan:
Best for: Customers shipping to regions with strict regulations (e.g., the US, Korea, some European countries).
4-1 Includes all Elite Service Plan features.
4-2 If your destination requires red tips on airsoft guns, we will help source and install the required parts.
4-3 If your destination does not allow complete airsoft guns to be received, we will assist in splitting the shipment into multiple parcels.
4-4 If suitable red tips are difficult to obtain and require customization, we will contact you to confirm the cost and lead time.
4-5 This is a special service designed for compliance with destination country regulations. Please communicate with us thoroughly before using this plan to ensure safe and smooth delivery.
5. Extra Services (Adjust FPS & Spraying) Plan:
Best for: Customers shipping to regions with specific FPS or appearance requirements (e.g., UK, Japan).
5-1 Includes all Elite Service Plan features.
5-2 If your destination requires certain parts of the airsoft gun to be painted, we will assist in completing the task.
5-3 If your destination has specific FPS (feet per second) regulations for airsoft guns, we will help adjust the FPS accordingly.
5-4 Most FPS adjustments may require additional parts, which will incur extra costs.
5-5 This is a special service designed for compliance with destination country regulations. FPS adjustments can be complex, so please maintain close communication with us to ensure a safe and hassle-free shipping process.

By using M&W Airsoft Shipping services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully.
1. Service Limitations:
M&W Airsoft Shipping provides consolidation and shipping services for airsoft guns and related items. We do not manufacture, sell, or endorse any specific airsoft products. Our services are limited to the scope explicitly outlined in our service plans. Any services not specified are excluded.
2. Compliance with Laws:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items shipped comply with the laws and regulations of both the origin and destination countries. M&W Airsoft Shipping is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the customer's failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Inspection, Testing, and Additional Services:
3-1 M&W Airsoft Shipping provides inspection, testing, and additional services (e.g., FPS adjustment, painting) as a courtesy. We notify customers of issues found, but do not act as agents for seller communication.
3-2 Normal operational marks may occur during testing; we are not liable for cosmetic or functional damage.
3-3 Customers agree that additional services may alter product condition. M&W is not responsible for impacts on performance, appearance, or warranty.
3-4 M&W Airsoft Shipping is not responsible for communicating with sellers regarding product defects, discrepancies, or damages. We will not act as an intermediary in disputes or negotiations between the customer and the seller. However, we can assist in facilitating returns or exchanges after the customer has independently negotiated and finalized an agreement with the seller.
4. Shipping and Handling:
4-1 M&W Airsoft Shipping will take reasonable care in handling and shipping items. However, we are not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
4-2 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any shipping issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
4-3 Additional Fees: Any extra costs, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, fuel surcharges, or remote area surcharges, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Prohibited Items:
5-1 M&W Airsoft Shipping strictly prohibits the shipment of high-pressure gases, including but not limited to gas and CO2.
5-2 We do not accept or ship airsoft guns with rifled barrels.
5-3 Customers must ensure that all airsoft guns are completely emptied of any pressurized gas before shipping.
6. Limitation of Liability:
M&W Airsoft Shipping's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Service Modifications:
M&W Airsoft Shipping reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law:
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country/region. In the event of legal proceedings in the origin or destination country, the laws of that specific country shall also apply.
