How to Use Our Consolidation Shipping Service?

Follow these simple steps to complete your shipping service order:

1. Confirm Product Details
1-1 Check if the product has size and weight details. (This helps determine shipping restrictions and estimate costs.)
1-2 Confirm with the seller whether the product is in stock and the estimated shipping time. (Ensuring clear communication with the seller and M&W prevents delays.)
1-3 Make sure the product complies with both the purchase and delivery location's legal regulations. (This avoids legal issues and potential shipping restrictions.)

2. Select a Service Plan and Place an Order
2-1 Visit www.mwairsoftshipping.com and choose your preferred service.
2-2 Select the approximate date your product may arrive at M&W, choose an available time slot, select a staff member, and click "Next." (Date, time, and staff selection are required by the system, but you can message us to modify them after placing the order.)
2-3 Enter your account details: name, email, and phone number (with country code). If available, provide the seller’s name and product details for verification upon arrival. (New users can log in via Google or Facebook for a quicker process.)
2-4 Next, select a service plan that is greater than or equal to the total weight of your consolidated shipment, then click "Purchase Service.
2-5 On the next page, enter and verify your delivery details to ensure accurate shipping.
2-6 Depending on your country's regulations for importing airsoft guns, upload or provide additional documents. After confirming everything is correct, click "Continue."
2-7 Finally, read and agree to the terms of this service plan, then click "Buy Now" and pay via PayPal to complete your consolidation shipping service order.

3. Prepay Shipping Fee
3-1 Next, go to "Delivery fee" and select your estimated total product weight (or volume) to prepay the express shipping fee. (Estimating shipping fees can be challenging. We will contact you before actual shipment and charge the actual shipping fee with a refund or additional charge to settle the payment before shipment.)

 

4. Use the Consolidation Shipping Service
4-1 After you place and pay for your order, we will provide you with the receiving information in Taiwan (or Hong Kong) for you to provide to the local seller for shipment. (We can also provide receiving information for 7-11 or FamilyMart convenience stores to help buyers save on local shipping costs.)
4-2 After placing an order with the local seller, please provide us with the following information: seller's name, purchased product name, quantity, product details (color, etc.), and seller's shipping date. (Detailed information helps reduce misunderstandings.)
